Harold C. Terwilliger Jr., 75, formerly of Flagstone Road, St. Marys, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at the Lutheran Home in Kane, following a lengthy illness.
He was born on May 27, 1947 in Brookville, a son of the late Harold Terwilliger, Sr. and Betty Wonderling Terwilliger.
On January 21, 1967, he married the late Phyllis Clark Terwilliger, who preceded him in death on December 27, 2011. Together they shared more than 44 years of love and marriage.
Harold was a Die Setter for many years before retiring from Innovative Sintered Metals. In his free time, Harold enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, especially going to the Farmers Inn with them. He also enjoyed going to drag races and taking trips to the Kinzua Bridge. He could often be found fishing and spending time outdoors.
He is survived by 4 children; Tracy Terwilliger of St. Marys, Michael (Lisa) Terwilliger of Johnsonburg, DeWayne Terwilliger of St. Marys, and Yvonne Terwilliger of Ridgway; and by his 10 beloved grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 3 brothers; Larry Terwilliger of Bradford, Fred (Glenda) Terwilliger of Kersey and Thomas (Sue) Terwilliger of South Carolina, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and his wife, Harold was preceded in death by 1 son; David Terwilliger.
Funeral Services for Harold C. Terwilliger Jr. will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, with Pastor Scott Wiest officiating.
Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
