Patricia Anderson Obituary

Patricia L. Anderson, 69, a resident of Elk Haven Nursing Home and formerly of Kersey, died on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 following a lengthy illness.
She was born on July 6, 1952, a daughter of the late John and Bernice Feldbauer Carlson.

On July 18, 1969 in Kersey, she married the love of her life, Albert L. Anderson, Sr., who preceded her in death on February 1, 2004.  Together now in Heaven, they can sit on the front porch of their cabin and watch the deer in the front yard.

Pat attended St. Marys Area Schools and worked at Elk Haven Nursing Home for many years.  She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, reading, and feeding the birds.  Pat will be remembered for her love of cooking, baking, and canning, always making bread and noodles from scratch.  In keeping with her love of baking, she had a fondness for the Pillbury Doughboy and over the years, came to have quite the collection of all things Doughboy.  She also loved her dog, Yoshi, as well as spending time with her family.

She is survived by three daughters; Melissa Smith and her husband Lawrence of Kersey, Valerie Senior and her husband Ronnie of Kersey, and Tammy Anderson of St. Marys, and by two sons; Albert Anderson, Jr. of Kersey and Dean Anderson and his wife Wendy of Ridgway.  She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; Kristen, Cassidy, Danita, Jeremiah and Andrea and by 3 great-grandchildren; Zoey, Izabella, and Annabelle, as well as by two sisters; Judy (Laverne) Keech of Kentucky and Debbie Carlson of Kersey.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
