Billy was so special and always had a smile and kind words. Always treated his extended family (the Vogts) as his own.

So sorry to hear about Bill. Since I don't live in the neighborhood any more, last I heard was he was doing fine. My sincere condolences to all of you. He always had a smile when I got to talk to him.
